Where is the Patriotism?

WHY are AMERICANS not wanting to back the Constitution anymore? WHERE are the TRUE AMERICANS...WE don't need more government control...the Constitution was formed for LESSSS GOVERNMENT control...EDUCATE YOURSELF PEOPLE!

"Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy, its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery." -Winston Churchill

This is the beginning of the downfall of the USA.........IF that STIMULUS is passed, the dollar will become less worthy...we are well on our way DOWN....People just do NOT care about LIFE anymore...WHERE are all of the PROLIFERS at? Sad.

These patriotic asshats, Collins, Snowe, and Specter are beneath contempt. Their treachery will be remembered long after they have gone to hell by the future generations of yet unborn taxpayers.

So funny how Obama wants Senators to be more patriotic, YET he covers his crotch instead of his heart to salute the USA??

Words of Wisdome that I LOVE:

The "Mainstream" Media: By liberals. For liberals

No right-thinking republican, or anyone else who truly loves freedom, would EVER vote for a bill that is going to essentially represent the largest government power-grab in all of recorded history

In order to be pro-choice, one must first be born. Ah, the irony

the Congressional Budget Office issued a rather pessimistic view of the stimulus bill in front of the Senate, and virtually no major media outlets reported it

Ladies Man?

NOT quite yet! At our weekly story time at B&N, I took the opportunity to dress Ryan in a Valentine's Day shirt (since he has 2 of them :o)..The tshirt says Ladies Man. I just thought it was kinda cute. Right when Miss Sam was starting to read, Ryan, turns around to face the front on his bench, and accidentally brushes a little girl's foot who was in front of the bench sitting on the floor...the little girl turns to him and makes a sort of face that lets someone know that they are NOT happy?! HE turns to me and falls into my lap and CRIES!! WITH cookie in HAND!! The crumbs ARE everywhere...all over his face, his clothes, MY clothes! The entire time, Ryan sat on my lap...HE never went back to the bench and AFTER 7 books, my legs were NUMB!! So, it seems that girls make him cry?! LOL FUNNY!! GUESS he is not a ladies man yet.....

Ryan insisted on bringing Power Rangers this time

The past week has been crazy at home..NOT on schedule at all..Noah had the flu and missed 4 days of school!! THAT's alot of makeup work. Ryan didn't get the flu (THANK GOD)...I wonder if the Tamiflu really helps.. Noah's flu didn't seem all that bad.

Since, Noah was sick last weekend, he missed his testing for TKD Senior Green Belt..so today it the DAY that he tests...Wish him luck!

Hope your week was Healthier than ours...

Crackberry

Who has one? I LOVE my Blackberry! Sometimes it does weird things though...and then I get so obsessed with WHY it is doing that. THAT is the part I hate about it.

Reasons I LOVE my BB:
1. I can CHAT with my friends through BB messenger..sooo cool :) Well, If they have BB.
2. It is very EASY to take pictures and then send them DIRECTLY to Walgreens upload. Wow!
3. Getting Email is OH so EASY!
4. Seriously, the phone is very attractive :)
5. All types of incoming msgs (email, sms, mms, BB msgr)can all go the same place and be separate also :)
6. Has a FULL keyboard!(My BB Curve)
7. Ringtones of course!
8. Internet is Awesome.

The things that I don't like:
1. It sometimes FREEZES! This sends me into PANIC mode...having to take out the battery, etc...FREAKS Me out. LOL
2. Feeling Panicky when it FREEZES! LOL
3. Being in a Grumpy mood when it FREEZES!

So do you get the picture here?! STOP FREEZING UP BLACKBERRY! My boys will THANK YOU for it.

In reality, It has only done that about 4-5 times....Anyone else have that problem too though?

Christy captured this photo of me and My BB! LOL
I guess I am oblivious to my surroundings and I guess that is one reason why they call it a CRACKBERRY :)

Year of the Ox

Happy Chinese New Year! This is what was celebrated at our weekly B&N story time with Miss Sam. We LOVE going to story time! Ryan loves his cookies and milk and I love my coffees :)

Ryan eating his cookie

Ryan did so well again...He stays on the little bench in front of me and pays attention. One of the books that Miss Sam read was called "Pretzel". It was about a daschund or Weenie dog like we call them, who grew longer than the others..anyway, one of the dog's names was PERCY. And when Miss Sam said the puppy's name, Ryan immediately turned to me and said "That's NOT Percy". LOL Knowing Ryan like I do, He thinks the only thing named Percy is the train in Thomas the Train. I thought this was very cute ;)

And the last book that Miss Sam read was about the Chinese New Year. I didn't realize how much people really followed that...Although Noah did come home from school with a bag full of stuff to celebrate the Chinese New Year...it was really cute. The craft of the day was to make your very own Chinese Lantern to celebrate. She had some strung up which was so Cute and creative. RYAN LOVED making his lantern..of course Mommy was involved to help with the taping. Ryan made a GREEN one, his FAV color. He also took home some other colors to make more at home...Thanks Miss Sam...You never know what's going to be next. It is always a fun time.

Ryan & Me

Just some little facts about Chinese New Year....Year of the OX
People born in the Year of the Ox are patient, speak little, and inspire confidence in others. They tend, however, to be eccentric, and bigoted, and they anger easily. They have fierce tempers and although they speak little, when they do they are quite eloquent. Ox people are mentally and physically alert. Generally easy-going, they can be remarkably stubborn, and they hate to fail or be opposed. Scott was Born the year of the Ox..hmmm?

And I was apparently born the year of the TIGER...Tiger people are sensitive, given to deep thinking, capable of great sympathy. They can be extremely short-tempered, however. Other people have great respect for them, but sometimes tiger people come into conflict with older people or those in authority. sometimes Tiger people cannot make up their minds, which can result in a poor, hasty decision or a sound decision arrived at too late. They are suspicious of others, but they are courageous and powerful.

Ryan is the Year of the DOG....
People born in the Year of the Dog possess the best traits of human nature. They have a deep sense of loyalty, are honest, and inspire other people¡¦s confidence because they know how to keep secrets. But Dog People are somewhat selfish, terribly stubborn, and eccentric. They care little for wealth, yet somehow always seem to have money. They can be cold emotionally and sometimes distant at parties. They can find fault with many things and are noted for their sharp tongues. Dog people make good leaders

Noah is the Year of the RABBIT....
People born in the Year of the Rabbit are articulate, talented, and ambitious. They are virtuous, reserved, and have excellent taste. Rabbit people are admired, trusted, and are often financially lucky. They are fond of gossip but are tactful and generally kind. Rabbit people seldom lose their temper. They are clever at business and being conscientious, never back out of a contract. They would make good gamblers for they have the uncanny gift of choosing the right thing. However, they seldom gamble, as they are conservative and wise.

Carseat Naps

are what Ryan 'takes' these days. WHY? Everyday when I pick Noah up from school, Ryan falls asleep in his carseat BEFORE I get out of our subdivision...So this means that I have NO more free time AT ALL!! And because both of the boys are Night owls...and that's for another blog. I always hear stories from other moms in passing of how their children go to bed early, take naps, have routines. MY boys are resistant to all of the above. But I still try...

Hot Air Balloons

was the Craft of the day at B&N! Ryan and I headed out early and did some shopping before Storytime. He had a chance to play with the Thomas the Train table and trains at B&N. YOU know that he kills himself playing with those trains over there...AND we have the SAME table at home! YES he plays at home but it seems like he plays alot more over there! So we had alot of extra time before it started...he played with trains and drank his Choco milk and I drank my Caramel Skinny latte (it is better than nothing. LOL)

RYAN'S PHRASE OF THE DAY: "Wait just one minute"...LOL OK...AGAIN I realize that I MUST use this phrase way too much. I asked Ryan if he wanted to go try on shoes and he told me "not now, just wait one minute" LOL!

The books at story time were really cute. Ryan listened so well..He is getting better every week. Another boy sat on his bench and it did not bother him. woohoo. LOL One of the stories was about Curious George and a Hot air balloon...So funny that I ask Ryan about the book afterwards and he explains to me everything that happened...His comprehension is outstanding...not to brag, but it is. LOL

The craft was to make your very own Hot air balloon!!! Miss Sam brought BALLOONS..and YOU know the kids LOVED Them. We constructed his balloon...he insisted on GREEN...He was jumping up and saying "I want Green"...so adorable! AND then he got an extra balloon to take home!

And that was Another FUN TIME AT B&N!

If you give Ryan a Cookie....

HE will just want another cookie. LOL!! Today was our B&N day! Fun!! Ms. Sam read a bunch of stories and 3 of them were from the series, "If You Give A Mouse A Cookie" by Laura Numeroff. WE have all of the books and we enjoy them. Ryan LOVES "If you give a cat a cupcake"! Ryan did so well today...HE actually was NOT on top of me the whole time..He sat on the bench like a big boy and listened. I was sooo proud of him (sniff sniff). There were the cutest little girls there today and one of them sat next to him and he was NOT very happy about that. haha!! and another one accidentally touched his arm and he almost cried. haha!!! POOR THING...needs to be around kids his age more often. I'm trying.....

Ryan loved the Craft part..this is his Favorite part. He went to get his own crayons this time...I can see his progress weekly...it is amazing and I do feel sad and proud about it at the same time! All you moms know exactly why! HE was able to make a Cat, Mouse, and decorate his own cupcake (on a picture of course)...My favorite part was when he drew SPRINKLES on it! haha...he is soooo CUTE!
